How much does it cost to start?
The Kiosk Box (RB951 Starter) is KES 12,000 — that's the smallest investment. It includes a pre-configured router, WiFi built-in, and 50 starter vouchers. Larger boxes for busier venues start at KES 22,000. No monthly platform fee, no subscription, no setup charges.
Which box do I need?
Kiosk Box if your hotspot is in a small shop, kiosk, or single room (~200 m²).
Shop Box if you're in a busy shop, café, or small office with 2–4 rooms (~600 m²).
Venue Box if you're covering a restaurant, cybercafé, hotel, or multi-storey building (1,500–2,500 m²).

What internet speed do I need?
Anything from 5 Mbps up works. Most of our agents run on a standard home fiber or 4G connection. The more bandwidth you have, the more users you can serve — but you can start small.
How does payment work?
Customers pay via M-Pesa. The money goes into our platform and is split instantly based on your role: Sales Agents earn 15% on vouchers they sell directly. Router Agents earn 60% when a voucher is redeemed at their router. Router Agents earn 75% on direct payments (M-Pesa, walk-in, STK-push) processed through their hotspot. Earnings land in your wallet instantly — request a payout to your M-Pesa at any time.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Every box ships pre-configured and ready to use. If you can plug in a router and connect it to your internet, you're ready. We handle the configuration remotely, and our support team helps with anything that goes wrong.
What if my internet goes down?
Your hotspot will stop working until internet is restored. Many agents keep a 4G backup SIM in the router for redundancy — this is optional but recommended if you have frequent outages.
Can I be both a sales agent and a router agent?
Yes — and it's the most profitable setup. You'll earn 15% on vouchers you sell elsewhere, 60% when customers redeem vouchers at your router, and up to 75% on direct payments you process through your hotspot.
